Brand Content Manager

We're a fast-growing performance marketing agency that manages tens of millions per month in direct-response ad spending for awesome direct-to-consumer brands. Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need a Brand Content Manager to lead strategic content development, organic social growth, and brand marketing initiatives that fuel engagement, drive leads, and strengthen Pilothouse’s position as a leader in DTC and ecommerce.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or editorial content (agency, freelance, or in-house).
• Proven success developing and executing organic social media strategies ( LinkedIn + Instagram ).
• 2–3+ years creating social content with measurable engagement growth.
• Strong track record in copywriting and brand storytelling across blogs, websites, and social channels.
• Proficiency in Figma and Webflow (no coding required).
• Analytical experience with tools such as Google Analytics to track performance and refine strategy.
• Familiarity with CRM-integrated content distribution (e.g., Pipedrive ).
• Bonus : Experience with podcasts, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Amazon Ads, or CRO tools .
