We have been successful in developing a strong following on our Canadian social media channels over the past few years. We are now seeking someone who can turn this following into a community of like-minded professionals who actively engage and collaborate with each other and the Canadian firm.
We are seeking a seasoned social media professional to take our strategy to the next level.
What you will do
- Manages the strategy and execution of KPMG branded campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other emerging social platforms
- Supports firm leadership and Marketers with deeper-funnel activities to drive Marketing Qualified Leads
- Responsible for the strategy, upload, scheduling, publishing and reporting of all content through national social media properties through our enterprise CMS.
- Works closely with the Marketing Compliance, Risk and Strategic Communications teams to monitor and manage issues that arise on social channels and provide reporting to the business
- Serve as a primary advisor to marketing clients on planning and executing robust digital marketing campaigns that have a strong focus on social.
- Oversees population and production of the social media conversation calendar for official KPMG social media accounts, ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation.
- Creates support for and drives ROI improvement by use of analytics and campaign goals.
- Leads the use of advanced social media functionality on kpmg.ca to create a collaborative and engaging experience for site visitors.
- Drives usage of monitoring reports to provide insights to inform business and campaign planning.
- Oversees the development of quarterly reports on the performance of KPMG channels, as well as insights reports to inform business and campaign planning.
- Understands and identifies opportunities from emerging social media technologies, best practices and digital innovations that will deliver a competitive advantage for KPMG.

What you bring to the role
- Minimum of five years' work experience in managing enterprise social media communities
- Experience managing enterprise social media tools and technologies, including social media management, monitoring and analytics tools (eg.
Sprout Social, Khoros, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in providing social media training to senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Extensive digital marketing and / or online communications experience.
- Strong influencing and communication skills to act professionally, calmly and persuasively when dealing with key internal stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills, and ability to respond to inquiries from senior stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and apply brand, risk and technology guidelines.
- This position requires written and oral fluency in English.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $69,000 to $110,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications.
