Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Fulfillment Associate at ShipTop in Vancouver, BC. As a Fulfillment Associate, your responsibilities will include packing, unloading, sorting, and providing excellent customer service.
Additionally, you may be required to operate a forklift to assist with warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Packing, unloading, and sorting skills
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to operate a forklift (forklift certification is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
