Privacy Analyst

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Privacy Analyst for a 11 month contract, in Calgary, AB.

Privacy Analyst Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to privacy requests and inquiries
• Investigate and resolve privacy impacting incidents or complaints,
• Additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by employee’s supervisor

Privacy Analyst Must Have Skills

• 1-2 years as a privacy analyst, fraud investigator or similar position
• A solid understanding of Canada’s Privacy framework, laws and applicable regulations
• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) is considered an asset
• Proven ability to deal with confidential matters
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point and Outlook).
• Work collaboratively with associated teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to document processes, write summaries and reports
• High attention to details
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment requiring strong organizational and prioritization skills
