Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to build and manage your territory, maximizing both new client acquisition and revenue from existing customers.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with current clients, ensuring their needs are met and anticipating new opportunities for partnership.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, requiring travel and an active engagement with industry professionals.
- Leverage your understanding of the recreational and safety products industry to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare detailed reports on account status, sales activities, and market trends to inform management and guide strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of building territories and managing significant client accounts.
- A background or strong interest in recreational and safety products is highly desirable.
- Outstanding ability to communicate and persuade, coupled with excellent relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to exceed expectations and deliver results.
- Ability to travel extensively across North America, with a valid passport.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple accounts and balance customer engagement with proactive sales tactics.
