Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies to build and manage your territory, maximizing both new client acquisition and revenue from existing customers.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with current clients, ensuring their needs are met and anticipating new opportunities for partnership.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, requiring travel and an active engagement with industry professionals.
  • Leverage your understanding of the recreational and safety products industry to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status, sales activities, and market trends to inform management and guide strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of building territories and managing significant client accounts.
  • A background or strong interest in recreational and safety products is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding ability to communicate and persuade, coupled with excellent relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to exceed expectations and deliver results.
  • Ability to travel extensively across North America, with a valid passport.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple accounts and balance customer engagement with proactive sales tactics.
