Description :
In this role in Project Management, you will oversee the design of plans and specifications as well as the management and implementation of large-scale multidisciplinary projects such as road pavement, sewers, aqueduct, quality treatment and stormwater retention structures, buildings.

Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure the management of multidisciplinary project teams;
- Maintain a relationship of trust with customers (internal and external);
- Ensure the follow-up of projects, budgets, deadlines and the quality of services rendered with clients;
- Participate in the development of professional service proposals; Conduct technical studies and reports.
- Acts as a mentor and technical specialist for the urban infrastructure department;
- Technically supervises urban infrastructure teams in terms of standards, norms and methods with respect to plans, drawings and technical specifications;
- Ensures the quality and compliance of deliverables;
- Participates in training the next generation in the field of urban infrastructure within the company;
Professional Experience And Qualifications
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering;
- Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec;
- Minimum relevant experience of 15 years in a similar position in carrying out municipal infrastructure projects;
- Excellent knowledge of the principle of municipal infrastructure planning, system analysis and design of underground pipeline networks are required;
- Master’s degree in management or PMP certification (an asset);
- Good experience in carrying out projects on the territory of the City of Montreal (an asset);
- Good writing skills (an asset);
- Positive attitude, developed sense for interpersonal relations and good team spirit.
