Safety Trainer
Haztech has an immediate opening for a SafetyTraining Instructor in the Saskatoon area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Safety Training Manager the tTrainingInstructor is responsible for coordinating and executing trainingat Haztech Training Centres and various locations as required.
Thisposition requires experience as training instructor with arecognized training agency and relevant experience. (Energy SafetyCanada and Construction Safety Association)
Preference will be given to candidates who are alsocertified to instruct safety disciplines such as but not limited toH2S Confined Space Fall Protection etc.
DUTIES
Providesafety training to the highest standards
Complete and submit any / all paperwork post coursecompletion
Business development for the safetytraining courses
Inventory and order trainingmaterials and supplies
Create and maintainpositive relationships with Haztech clients
Ensure all clients and students are treated with the utmost respectand professionalism; portray a professional impression of thecompany to customers partners associates vendors and the businesscommunity
Ability to work autonomously andunder pressure
Professionally represent Haztechand provide exceptional service to all customers andclients

QUALIFICATIONSSKILLS & COMPETENCIES
CurrentEnergy Safety Canada Instructor Certificate
Current Construction Safety Association InstructorCertificate
Minimum 1 year experience as aninstructor
Experience with MicrosoftOffice
Valid driver’slicense
Criminal record clearance
