The Big Task

You will teach, train and coach a team of service and install technicians. You will run some calls yourself but be the go-to person for advice and know-how for the team.

We are committed to building a team of techs who diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems and help their customers make informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Pay : From $80,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types :

• Bonus pay

Experience :

HVAC : 4 years (preferred)

Licence / Certification :

• G2 or higher gasfitters license
• G Driver's license
