- Provide comprehensive information about our services, job openings, and application processes.
- Schedule appointments for job seekers with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Assist job seekers with resume writing, interview preparation, and career development resources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Stay informed about current job market trends and company policies.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
