Care Manager, RN, RPN Our client, a non-profit

organization provides innovative mental health supports within

community based, settings within the Vancouver Lower Mainland, BC

for people with mild to complex mental illness. Currently hiring

for a Permanent Full Time RPN, RN Care Manager. Here you are an

integral part of the leadership team making a difference in the

lives of adults and their families recovering from mental health

illness within a safe, secure and affordable housing with

appropriate support (including life skills where self-reliance and

independence are promoted). Your Role Reporting to the Executive

Director, the RPN, RN, Care Manager provides mental health support

in a client-centered home-like environment with 24-hour staffing

for individuals recovering from a mental illness. The RPN, RN, Care

Manager leads and inspires a dedicated team to deliver exceptional,

person-centered care that enhances the quality of life for our

residents. Qualifications Registered Psychiatric Nurse or

Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration 2-5 years of

leadership experience in mental health with an emphasis on Recovery

Successful Enhanced Criminal record check Current CPR and First Aid

Certification Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a

reliable vehicle For You $93K to 120K plus premiums and recognition
