Job Description Purpose : To provide excellent Sales Support to internal and external customers as well as overseas offices.

- Assist with tender management and agreements for assigned Global Key account.
- Ensure that service performance levels are consistent and strive for enhancement during customer interactions.
- Able to leverage on the ONE internal system for continuous improvement of service level.
- Be proactive in coordinating cross-border communications with overseas account managers for actions in resolving issues.
- Ensure all the filing rates and contractual terms within internal system are updated accurately for non-Tender.
- Ensure accurate and timely changes in existing contracts and expiring rates.
- Create filing instructions to Offshore team and able to translate customer enquiries into booking data using the internal system.
- Able to analyze customer KPI performance and behaviors on a monthly and quarterly basis and to prepare reports which align with HQ requirement.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments when required. Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Maritime Studies or Shipping-related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in similar field.
- Applicant with Global account sales experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office skills such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
- Possess interpersonal skills with high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Possess strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- A team player who can work independently.
- Self-motivated individual who is result-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate with relevant qualifications without prior experience may be considered.
