Klondike Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Join us in one of the busiest dealerships in Whitehorse, where you’ll have great work environment, where it's fun to come to work every day, an exciting industry and supportive team to help you succeed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Sales Consultant is expected to :
- Seek ways to exceed the expectations of employees and customers
- Sell new / used cars at dealership gross and volume standards
- Be models of the dealership by maintaining legal, moral and ethical standards with all customers and employees
- Adhere to the core values by being trustworthy and helpful team player
Primary duties :
- Demonstrate professionalism and good attitude at all times
- Communicate and enforce dealership policies and procedures
- Complete all assigned CRM tasks on a daily basis
- Adhere to all procedures of the sales process
- Maintain good notes in the CRM system daily task
- Meet and greet guest within moments of arriving at the dealership
- Thrive to increase performance and maintain dealership standards with direction of the Sales Manager
- Continuous training, and develop and apply the knowledge of the most current products and new features and the most current programs GM has to offer.
- Daily follow-up with all sold and unsold customers
- Acquire proficiency of delivery of a vehicle
