Job Summary
In this role you will be an effective servant leader and coach responsible for managing an Agile Release Train (ART) in its mission to deliver value and achieve program objectives. This role is responsible for coaching, ensuring collaboration, and flow guardianship for an Agile Release Train (ART) of 6-10 scrum teams (~100 people). This role will prepare stakeholders for PI Planning, lead the PI Planning Workshop, organize and enable cross-team syncs, surface risks and impediments early, and enable a culture of relentless improvement so that customer value flows every iteration. The role requires strong leadership, precise communication, and technical expertise to navigate challenges, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive innovation. The role is responsible for defining the overall approach and process design, driving overall quality, transparency, and ensuring the on‑time delivery of complex software solutions.

Compensation And Benefits
The typical base pay range for this role is $145,000 to $160,000 per year. Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity. As a full‑time, employee of HP Canada, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s group benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. During your employment term, you will receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date. Detailed information regarding benefits—will be provided upon hire and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
