West Byford Primary School (PS) is a level 6 school that opened in February 2013. The school is located on Kardan Boulevard, Byford;
approximately 41kms south of Perth and situated in the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale. Byford is a rapidly growing suburb that includes a mix of young and established families.

The Role
The Manager Corporate Services (MCS) is responsible for implementing high level management and budgeting practices and systems.
The successful applicant will ideally have well established financial management capabilities, be a strategic financial leader and possess outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
You should also review current school financial practices, implement improvements, and use well developed problem solving and risk management skills to provide innovative solutions to strategies and complex issues.
You will ideally be flexible and reliable and able to work independently with autonomy.
The successful applicant will work with the Administration Support Team in a leadership capacity, on delivering improved outcomes.
As a member of the leadership team, the MCS contributes to inspiring and leading support staff in their commitment to the core values of the school and will provide strategic advice on financial and physical resourcing processes.
Experience in using a range of application packages such as Schools Resourcing, Integris, Assets Manager, RM Billing and RM Finance is highly desirable.
The MCS is intrinsically involved in the implementation of the school's Business Plan and the implementation of changes necessary for the progression of our priorities.
The successful applicant should also have a broad understanding of relevant legislation, reporting and governance requirements relating to the role, and effectively display the ability to lead a team of school support staff.
The ability to manage the performance of a wide variety of non-teaching staff, including the ability to manage conflict and / or performance related issues would be highly regarded.
