We are looking for a Telecommunication Engineer in Training (EIT) with a passion for designing telecommunications systems in an Operational Technologies (OT) environment. The successful candidate will be engaged in variety of projects with multiple CIMAs top clients delivering telecom system designs and network architecture that will meet their critical operation this role you will work closely with and be mentored by seasoned professionals and engineers gaining hands-on experience and guidance to support your professional growth. Our telecommunications team is working with several industrial and public clients including energy transportation carriers and others on a variety of wired and wireless networking applications. We offer a flexible hybrid work model enabling you to work from home and from one of our offices.

Primary responsibilities

• Delivering Telecom system designs and engineering documents for projects :
• Develop schematics and design diagrams
• Write project scope proposals estimates and budgets
• Prepare and review engineering documents specifications and inspection and testing procedures
• Create bill of materials and supports ordering through procurement
• Coordinating staging and planning installation and commissioning with the client and contractors
• Traveling to site and liaising with internal groups and external contractors and clients
• Responding to information requests from site and completing project documentation including record drawings calculations and project return data

Qualifications :

Optical transport system (DWDM MPLS-TP SONET / SDH)
