About The Role

As a Data Center Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the day‑to‑day operational excellence of our mission‑critical infrastructure. From maintenance and monitoring to optimization and safety, you’ll be hands‑on with the systems that power our facilities — and the businesses that depend on them. This role is based at our facility on 54th St SE Calgary, Alberta.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations & Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain electrical and mechanical systems (BMS, EPMS, BAS)
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with SSAE 18, ISO, and PCI standards
• Present at Change Advisory Board meetings and collaborate with vendors
• Identify areas for efficiency and operational improvement
• Respond to fault conditions and assist with diagnosis / remediation

Working Conditions

The role has standard working conditions in a Data Center type of environment with rotation shift schedule to support our 24 / 7 operations. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure and manage stress. The role requires working with challenging clients, 12‑hour shifts, evenings, nights, weekends, and on‑call duties.
