The Job
Responsibilities :
Ideation and Strategy : Develop and pitch innovative ideas for online events focused on customer education and product adoption.
Ensure events align with product goals and customer needs.
Event Planning and Coordination : Plan and manage end-to-end execution of online events, including webinars, product demos, feature deep-dives, and workshops.
Coordinate with departments such as marketing, product, and customer support to ensure smooth delivery.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Collaborate with content creators, technical writers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the educational value and technical accuracy of the event content.
- Event Execution : Serve as the primary lead during live events, overseeing technical execution, speaker coordination, audience interaction, and troubleshooting any issues in real time.
- Customer Engagement Strategy : Implement strategies to drive deeper penetration of event engagement across the customer base, aiming to increase awareness and participation.
Work closely with the Customer Education and Success teams to ensure events are meeting customer learning goals and product adoption objectives.
Data-Driven Improvement : Track and analyze key event metrics (e.g., registration, attendance, engagement, feedback) to continuously improve event formats and content.
Adjust strategies based on customer feedback and data insights.
Post-Event Follow-Up : Coordinate follow-up communications, such as distributing event recordings, surveys, and additional learning resources.
Analyze event feedback to refine future events.
The Profile
What We Expect :
- Background : An accounting background, either with experience as accountants or as coordinators / organizers within the accounting industry
- Experience in Online Event Production : Proven track record in producing and managing high-quality online events (webinars, live streams, etc.
for customer education or marketing purposes.
- Project Management Skills : Ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
- Customer-Centric Mindset : Passion for educating and helping customers, ensuring that every event adds significant value to their experience and product usage.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and responsibilities.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in online event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Meets, BigMarker, WordPress, etc) and familiarity with learning management systems, CRM tools, and analytics software.
- English - native must be.
