Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Part Time / Full Time
The right candidate for this job is someone who can handle the day-to-day tasks that the CEO and COO of MAG Solar are currently doing.
This includes oversight of the engineering teams, ensuring project coordinators are performing their duties, and guaranteeing timely installations for customers while being a direct assistant to the CEO and COO.
The ideal candidate will ensure that the company runs smoothly even if the CEO and COO were to take a month-long vacation.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations that the CEO and COO are currently managing.
- Screen emails and appointments.
Qualifications
- Degree is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work under serious pressure and meet deadlines.
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Valid driver's license.
- This job is in person at the Mission Head Office.
- Knowledge in legal processes, basic bookkeeping, and permit processes.
Compensation
Base salary of $105,000 plus bonuses up to $25,000 per year based on performance and revenue targets.
