Responsibilities

• Inspire & Educate : Deliver best-in-class training and workshops on Kérastase rituals, product science, and advanced application techniques, both in-person and virtually.
• Drive Business Growth : Partner with the sales and marketing teams to build and execute education strategies that drive brand loyalty and achieve business goals within your territory.
• Elevate Brand Presence : Organize and lead high-touch educational events, from intimate salon trainings to larger seminars and new product launch demonstrations, representing the luxury and sophistication of Kérastase.
• Build Relationships : Act as a trusted partner and consultant to our salon clients, working collaboratively with sales, care coaches, part-time educators and other internal teams to ensure a seamless and premium brand experience.
