Requirements
- High school diploma
- Secretarial or IT courses considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of IT and office related technologies
- Minimum two years' experience in a customer service and office work environment
- Speak and write fluently in French and English
- Excellent communication skills with clients of all ages and backgrounds, especially with senior populations
- Knowledge of oral health issues in community settings
- Flexibility to work evenings on an as needed basis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt and manage time conflicting priorities
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to respect confidentiality, related policies and legislation
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
- Be willing to work flexible hours to meet patient needs
- Have access to a motor vehicle and hold a valid Ontario driver's license
- Provide a clean Police Vulnerable Person Criminal Record Check (PVSC)
