Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate must be located near a Canadian Blood Services site and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors, our staff and our communities. Currently, employees are expected to have an in-person presence for at least 40% of their work time. This requirement may vary depending upon circumstances.

About the role

Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Temporary, full-time, Senior Project Manager to join the Supply Chain Process Management team. The work of a Senior Project Manager is integral to Canadian Blood Services’ role as Canada’s Biological Lifeline.

In this role you will lead initiatives that rely on deep expertise in SAP  Warehouse Management (WM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) , including hands‑on configuration and understanding of key integration points. You will bring practical insight into core warehouse operations—receiving, put‑away, picking, cycle counting, and shipping—while also guiding solutions that leverage barcode scanning technologies and related hardware. Success in this role hinges on the ability to drive complex technical work such as system integration, data migration, testing, and validation, ensuring that warehouse processes and SAP systems operate seamlessly.
