We work hybrid at Plenty of Fish - IRL in our downtown Vancouver office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and work remotely the remainder of the week! The Content Creator Manager’s main role is to identify, support, coach and develop the best streamers on Plenty of Fish Live. This person will foster and manage relations with streamers and the streamer community to support a healthy, creative and financially prosperous streaming environment. Both customer relations and content expertise are key.

So, what will you do?

• Manage day to day interactions with top Content Creators on the Plenty of Fish Live App
• Coach Content Creators to grow and engage their audience
• Identify, develop and help create quality content that has entertainment and monetization potential
• Create and work with streamers to produce streaming events, shows, and regular content offerings that will captivate the audience and generate revenue through gifting
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of our highest profile creators through regular interactions
• Provide regular status reports to Live team
• Become an expert on Live Streaming as it exists on our app
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to efficiently extract and retrieve data from various sources
