Responsibilities

• Oversee all marketing efforts across two divisions: SmileShop Marketing and Marketing4ECPs, starting with a small team with opportunity to grow.
• Lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that drive leads for the sales teams and increase engagement with existing clients.
• Manage social media, website strategy, paid advertising, trade shows and events, overall brand presence, and more.
• Collaborate with leaders across the business, make smart, data-informed decisions, and ensure marketing efforts align with broader company objectives.
• Be both strategic and hands-on, with direct impact on how our brands show up in the market and how we grow.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Legally eligible to work in Canada and located in Calgary, Alberta
• Able and willing to work in-office at least 3 days per week
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of delivering results
• 2+ years of experience in a sales-driven marketing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities
• Confident working across digital channels, including social media, websites, email, and paid advertising
• Able to analyze marketing data and translate insights into action
• Comfortable taking initiative, making decisions, and working independently toward a clear goal

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as client service, hospitality, or relationship management
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a team
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout)
• Familiarity with analytics and ad platforms like Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing platforms
• Background in graphic design or video production
• Strong research skills that support strategy development and decision-making
