Skills and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the deployment activities with the remote deployment engineer during non‑pst hours
• Coordinate On Call Transfer between MS FTE and remote on call, understand incidents that occurred during non‑business hours and support TSG updates, incident management etc.
• Coordinate directly work on routine infrastructure update tasks as assigned by the manager.
