Forklift Operator - Cherry Picker /Stand-Up High Reach Truck

- Pay rate : $24 / hour to start - 27.25 / hour once a forklift is operated.
- Location : Richmond, BC
- Shifts : Monday to Friday 9 AM- 5 : 30 PM

- New and quicker onboarding process Duties and Responsibilities :
- Pick and pack automotive parts in the warehouse by hand
- Operate a Stand-Up High Reach Truck or Cherry Picker Machine
- Use an RF Scanner
- Meet daily efficiency and quality KPI's
- Perform shipper duties
- Label and wrap orders into boxes once trained
- Keep the warehouse area clean and organized
- Lift items that weigh up to 50Lbs. Requirements and Qualifications :
- Must have previous Stand-Up High Reach Truck or Cherry Picker Machine experience
- Must have previous warehouse experience, including picking and packing
- Should have experience with using a RF Scanner
- Must pass a numeracy / aptitude test
- Must be able to reach daily quotas
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail are required
- Must act professionally while at work
- Must be reliable and show up to all shifts
- Should provide 5 years of references and confirmation of employment but min 2 references (if only 1 employer over last 5 years)
- Steel toe boots are required
- Should have a clear criminal background
- Must provide proof of highest education.
