Your Purpose :
Working alongside the Director, you are responsible for working effectively with Sales to deliver professional & compelling demonstrations of the Dynamics 365 F&O solution.
You enjoy creating and telling a story that addresses the customers' key business pain points.
You have a deep understanding of the Selling cycle by identifying prospective business and technology needs, explaining the solution mapping, how it works, and how it meets the stated business needs and intended outcomes.
You will actively participate in discovery conversations to help determine required solution components, define the scope of solution demonstrations, deliver the demonstrations, and participate in solution pricing while being responsive to product related questions.
Your Sales Responsibilities :
Work closely with sales team to collect and document prospects’ business needs (, performing diagnostics, discovery, etc.
develop a specific value proposition for each prospecting scenario. Develop a winning story of why HSO and WHY Dynamics F&O.
- Provide client guidance during product and services sales cycle.
- Engage with the prospect to collect additional details to define implementation road map, solution blue printing, etc.
Your Delivery Responsibilities :
- Prep for client demos; work with delivery team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, technology solution option, and recommendations in addition to price estimates.

- Perform client demonstration of D365 F&O.
- Explain services and D365F&O based software / solution value proposition to prospective customers, comparing D365F&O to those of our competitors’ products.
- Perform a Solution Advisory / Solution Architect role in the analysis phase of a D365F&O implementation.
- Offer oversight to delivery team throughout the implementation process.
- Check-ins with the Project Managers and Consultants to ensure the services are implemented and delivered as scoped.
- Understand, communicate, and interpret customer business processes and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification.
- 5+ years combined experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and / or D365F&O implementations in an Architect or Pre-Sales Engineer role.
- Deep understanding of markets, industries, business, customers, and technology, preferably within Manufacturing and Distribution, Life Sciences, Professional Services, or Financial Services.
- Hands-on experience with multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide implementations.
- Project experience includes assessment and analysis, designing business case development, envisioning, planning, deployment, benefits analysis, etc.
- Solid understanding of interoperability issues and the strengths and weaknesses of platforms and products.
- Experience in Pre-Sales activities including responding to RFXs, Proof of Concepts, Demos, Presentations and Positioning in front of C-Level Executives.
- Experience selling consulting engagements which includes estimating, scoping, and writing effective statements of work that clearly set expectations and limit risk.
- Working knowledge of specialized tools, solutions, or ISV solutions.
- Availability to travel for onsite prospect and client meetings. (occasional)
- Demonstrated knowledge of one or more vertical markets and the terms and associated language for that market. For example, Manufacturing, Retail, Public Sector, Project Based.
- Building customer / partner relationships.
- Proven ability to collect business requirements from customers.
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
- Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and / or external resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
