As an Integration Developer you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that bridge the gap between our cloud and on‑premises applications. You will work closely with several business operation and IT teams to understand their integration needs, analyze data flows, and ensure seamless connectivity. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise or work on data analytics to provide valuable insights and help with adoption and scale the usage of Diligent‑on‑Diligent program.

You will partner or drive change management activities on new technology and adoption and work with key stakeholders to understand and manage expectations and provide technical consultation. You will work towards continuously improving all areas of agile innovation, strategic systems design and help with enterprise‑wide scale of operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support cross‑company initiatives with Finance, People, Sales, Product, Engineering, etc. to effectively integrate systems and data across the company.
• Collaborate with business operations and IT teams to gather integration requirements and understand business processes.
• Design and develop integration solutions to connect cloud to cloud and on‑premises applications using industry‑standard tools and technologies.
• Performa data mapping and transformation to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the reliability and performance of integration solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest integration trends and technologies.
• Provide data analytics expertise to identify patterns, trends, and insights to drive business decisions and help with Diligent’s corporate AI initiatives.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and operating procedures for future reference.
• Ensuring that systems and processes are integrated effectively and efficiently, and that data is collected, stored, and managed securely.
• Advance and maintain tech stack comprising of Boomi, Diligent analytics solutions.
• Manage or work with outside consultants as needed.
