This Position reports to : Project Management Manager. This role supports the Electrification commercial segment and reports to the PMO Manager. The work model is Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, manage resources, finances, schedule, and scope.
• Oversee project scope, costs, schedule, resources, risk management, and HSE.
• Ensure adherence to execution best practices and ABB policies.
• Monitor and control project financials, invoicing, costs, expenses, revenues, and cash flow.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks; pursue improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes, ABB tools, reporting guidelines, and cybersecurity regulations.
• Guide, coach, and develop the project team; support continuous improvement of processes and tools.
