Weare seeking an experienced Red Seal Machinist to work in our shopin Guelph ON. Machinists will be responsiblefor precision machining fabrication assembly setup and operate bothCNC and conventional machine tools to produce precision parts andcomponents.

The Machinist will operate a variety of machine toolsto cut or grind metal plastic or other materials to make or modifyparts or products with precise dimensions inspect machined partsand tooling in order to maintain quality control standards and anyother dutiesrequired.

COMPENSATION

$33.00$38.00 / hour based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ableto program using MasterCamSystem
• Abilityto read and interpret blueprints
• Demonstratedexperience in CNC Millingoperation
• RedSeal Machinist Trade Certificationrequired

Reads blueprints and schematic drawings Dismantles machinesAssembles and installs equipment Moves machinery and equipmentRepairs and lubricates machines and equipment Constructs foundationfor machines Erects staging / rig hoist Aligns machines and equipmentMay direct and / or train lesser experience employees
