Shifts, Training & Work Environment :
Enjoy your weekends off with ourMonday through Friday shift from6 : 00am – 6 : 00pm MT.
Our twelve-week ONSITE onboarding and training academy empowers you to confidently connect with customers through core skills like critical thinking, decision-making and communication.
After completing our 12-week onsite training, team members meeting work from home requirements will enjoy a HYBRID work environment of three days onsite and two days at home.
You will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts, depending on business needs.
