Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with human resource colleagues to implement HR initiatives and strategies
- Research, develop, communicate and implement assigned strategy projects in collaboration with leadership
- Administer projects and initiatives with an emphasis on progressive HR, consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement
- Coordinate the publication of best practices and related materials on internal website
- Draft templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Excel workbooks and Word documents; ensure deliverables align with brand standards
- Produce and analyze regular and ad hoc reports
- Confirm data integrity and accuracy of data held within applicable systems (Human Capital Management System (HCMS), applicant tracking system, etc.)
- Engage with a variety of stakeholders; elicit their concerns, opinions and recommendations
- Stay up to date on existing and forthcoming legislation to determine impacts
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
- 1 year of HR experience is preferred
- Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
- Research and project-oriented work experience
