We are a family of four, two parents and two girls age 3 (almost 4) and 1.5. Right now we are looking for occasional help during the day when one of our girls can't be at daycare, for example if they are sick.
One of the parents (either me or my wife) would be home during the time when childcare is needed, but working. Time would be roughly 8 - 4.
