How You Will Make an Impact
- Proactively cold-call prospects and identify qualified leads, gathering insight into needs and buying behaviors
- Follow up with sourced and inbound leads, nurturing relationships via phone, email, and social platforms
- Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and tracking sales activities
- Achieve monthly quotas and performance targets
Client Support & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptlyProcess and manage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and follow-upMaintain and update client records and CRM data with accuracyDeliver exceptional customer service to build and sustain strong client relationshipsGenerate sales reports and provide insights to support key decisionsFacilitate communication between clients, internal departments, and sales representativesRecommend improvements to prospecting and account growth strategiesWhat Makes You a Strong Fit
