We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our Building Maintenance.

Job Summary : We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Facilities team as Building Maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the maintenance and operations of our facilities.

This role involves a combination of manual labor, basic maintenance, and assisting other team members as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, and minor repairs.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and furniture for renovations and events.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Support the maintenance of outdoor spaces, including landscaping and snow removal, assisting Facilities Team to perform Preventive Maintenance tasks and general services installations.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations when performing tasks.
• Monitor tools and other necessary materials used for facilities operations.
• Assist with the coordination of waste disposal and recycling efforts.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends
• Accompany and assist third party suppliers on site

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in general labor or maintenance roles is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to work safely in various environments, preferably in food industry.

Physical Requirements : The job may require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling heavy objects. The candidate should be able to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.

Candidate will benefit and undergo the following trainings by Riverside to perform their tasks :

• Aerial Platform Training
• Working at Height and Fall Protection Training
• Scissor Lift Operator Training
