Our low-code platform makes it easy to build powerful AI agents and AI workflows. By abstracting complex frameworks into intuitive visual components, we enable users to create sophisticated AI workflows without extensive coding knowledge.

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our team at Flowise. You will be a key leader, shaping the future of our low-code platform for building AI agents.

We are looking for a dedicated problem-solver who loves to tackle challenging problems, come up with creative solutions, and guide their teammates. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact by shipping customer value early and often.

What You'll Do

• Architect and Innovate : Make Flowise the best visual low-code tool for building AI agents. You will serve as an architect for our platform, helping align features and syncing our open-source, cloud, and enterprise versions.
• Mentor and Lead : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
• Collaborate and Strategize : Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define product roadmaps and ensure the successful integration of AI solutions.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve : Keep yourself informed of the latest advancements in AI, identifying and evaluating new technologies for potential adoption to keep our platform on the cutting edge.
