Meridia Recruitment is proud to partner with Bounce in their search for a Marketing and Events Coordinator who will be the heartbeat of their promotional efforts.
In this role, you'll bring Bounce's mission to life through dynamic marketing and communication strategies and the planning of impactful events to continue building this community.
Your efforts will be crucial in enhancing the visibility of Bounce’s initiatives and supporting the success of our partner companies.

What You'll Do :
- Innovate Marketing Strategies : Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to boost engagement.
- Social Media Mastery : Manage and grow Bounce’s social media presence with compelling content that showcases our mission and successes.
- Event Coordination : Plan, organize, and execute exciting events, including workshops, networking events, and showcases to support our mission.
- Collaborative Partnerships : Work closely with partners, including incubators and accelerators, to create opportunities for HealthTech startups.
- Data-Driven Insights : Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and events, using data to refine strategies.
- Website Management : Keep our website fresh, engaging, and aligned with our objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Assist the Director in building partnerships and engaging stakeholders.
What You Bring :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or an equivalent combination of experience.
- Experience : 1-3 years in marketing, event planning, or a similar role, preferably in startups, healthcare, or tech sectors.
- Digital Savvy : Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, social media management, content creation, and analytics.
- Organizational Skills : Excellent project management abilities with a talent for juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Creativity : A creative thinker with outstanding writing and communication skills.
- Team Spirit : Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, passionate team.
- Passion : A genuine enthusiasm for healthcare innovation and the growth of the HealthTech sector.
- EDI : Experience in and commitment to increasing equity, diversity and inclusion in groups such as Indigenous people, women and 2SLGBTQIA+, visible minorities and racialized people and / or people living in rural areas is an asset.
