Responsibilities :

• Animated game master : you will cheerfully facilitate customers' game experiences, creating a festive and immersive atmosphere that invites them to dive into action.
• Interaction initiator : you will anticipate customers' needs and encourage them to engage fully and responsibly in the game experience.
• Casino games expert : you will master each game offered, guiding our customers through the intricacies of the game with clear and concise explanations.
• Slot machine and electronic device specialist : you will fully understand their technical operation to provide all customers a flawless experience.
• Master in the art of handling game equipment : whether cards, dice, or the roulette ball, you will offer all customers a smooth and exciting game experience.
• Creator of an entertaining atmosphere : you will maintain a maximum level of entertainment to guarantee a memorable game experience for all customers.
• Gaming ethics awareness : you will tactfully intervene with customers who deviate from the rules of play and ethics, recalling the importance of responsible play.
• Guide for new customers : you will offer personalized support and sound advice to maximize their pleasure and their chances of winning when encountering new electronic slot machines.
• Performing any other related tasks.

Requirements :

• High school diploma (DES) completed.
• Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a dynamic and interactive environment like events.
• Excellent communication skills in French. Knowledge of English is an asset.
• Staying informed about cultural and sporting developments in the region.
• Knowledge of casino games would be an asset, but don't worry, you will receive full training.

Salary : $21 per hour

Schedule : Day and evening shifts; Monday to Friday and weekends; full-time and part-time, 30 hours or more per week ; start date : end of May.
