Key Responsibilities

• Track production expenses & process invoices
• Manage Brand Partnership budgets, as projects arise
• On-Board New P / T Casual Hires Background checks, Deal Memos, IT & Security
• Schedule and coordinate shared personnel across multiple productions
• Oversee a team of studio stagehands, set designer, make up artist & production scheduler
• Responsible for editor overhead budget
• Other duties as assigned

Critical Qualifications

• 2-5 years Production experience
• Post secondary education in Broadcasting or related field is an asset
• Knowledge of APSS, ARIBA, SAP & Media Pulse is an asset, as is basic knowledge about ACTRA
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working to deadlines, multi-tasking and ability to prioritize projects is essential
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent computer skills Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
