That's good news! We have the perfect job for you! We are looking for a Trainer for our Baie-Sainte-Anne site. Your leadership and your knowledge of the various equipment make you the ideal person for this position.
There is no doubt that you have great challenges to overcome in ensuring the integration and training of production employees!
OVERVIEW OF THE WORK :
- Ensure that employees are properly trained according to best practices, from an operational point of view, basic maintenance and OHS;
- Support and planning, in close collaboration with HR, of individual and group training of employees;
- Review the training procedures, policies and documents in place.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- You have training in heavy equipment, or any other training deemed relevant, combined with 5 years of experience in the field;
- You have a technical understanding of all applicable equipment and its operation and are familiar with the manufacturer's specifications and recommendations;
- You have a strong interest in health and safety;
- You have good communication skills;
- You have good computer skills;
- You are bilingual - French and English (an asset).
