Engineering Management Trainee

• Job type : Permanent Full-time Responsibilities :
• Rotate through various office roles related to the manufacturing process.
• Responsibilities include sales, applications, design & drafting, procurement, shipping, and production planning.
• Work closely with customers and design customized coils.
• Gain exposure to supply chain management, logistics, and production planning.
• Create, read, and comprehend 3D & 2D models and drawings.
• Utilize customized software such as Product Selection Interfaces.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD or similar 2D drafting software.
• Handle IT-related problems.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Requirements :
• Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Background knowledge and experience in heat transfer, HVAC, and refrigeration.
• Critical thinking and detail-oriented for technical processes.
• Clear and concise communication skills with customers.
• Ability to learn customized software quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable working independently and assuming responsibility for tasks and projects.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar 2D drafting software.
