Hourly salary of $40 to $60 based onexperience.
6monthcontract.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities :
Utilize your leadership technical skills and communicationabilities to drive debt collection performance to new heights ofexcellence.
Effectively manageone or more complex accounts at the collection level ensuringaccurate information dissemination to relevantcontacts.
Collaborate with thecommercial group to analyze customer collection activities andactively contribute to shortterm improvements in collectionresults.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Bachelors degree in finance administration or relatedfield.
5 years of experience indebt collection accounting orcredit.
Knowledge of SAPsoftware.
Intermediate toadvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
Proficient in analyticalthinking and problemsolving.
Aptitude for customer service.
Excellent communication skills both written andverbal.
Bilingual in English andFrench (spoken and written).
Ability to handle sensitive issues within various business groupsand with clients.
Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectivelywithin a team.
Proven ability tomaintain productive relationships withcolleagues.
Adaptability andcapability to thrive in a dynamic and challengingenvironment.
Skilled inprioritizing tasks working autonomously and taking proactivemeasures.
Quick learner with theability to adapt to diverse situationseffectively.
