Physician Assistants (PAs) are academically and clinically educated medical generalist who practice medicine within a formalized relationship with a physician.
Regulated by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS), PAs collect and interpret medical information, make appropriate clinical decisions and carry out diagnostic and therapeutic interventions within a formalized Physician / PA relationship agreement approved by the CPSS.
Required Qualifications
- Certified with the Canadian Association of Physicians Assistants
- Current ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Certification, is an asset
- Current ATLS Certification (Advanced Trauma Life Support) Certification, is an asset
- Current PALS Certification (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certification, is an asset
- Membership and Licensure in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS) as a Physician Assistant
- Successful Completion of a recognized accredited Physician Assistant educational Program Bachelor of Health Sciences (Physician Assistant)
- Valid Driver's License
Experience
Clinical experience working as a Physician Assistant in related clinical field is an asset.

Competitive wages - $51.102 to $62.500 (5 step range)
