Position : Cloud Engineer Location : RemoteAre you passionate about cloud solutions and cybersecurity? We are looking for a skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join our client's dynamic team.
This is a fully remote position in Canada with the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge cloud initiatives, including achieving FedRAMP Moderate certification.
Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and maintain secure infrastructure solutions using AWS cloud services.- Manage AWS identity and access management, ensuring optimal security and compliance.
- Maintain and manage system configurations, auditing, and logging.- Implement continuous monitoring tasks, as well as endpoint detection and response.
- Collaborate with development teams for secure application design and deployment.- Participate in security assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
Qualifications : - Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and architecture.- Hands-on experience with AWS identity / access management and MDR platforms.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.- Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security Specialist, CISSP, or CISM.
Other Language Requirements : English- Level of Proficiency Required : Advanced - Reasons for Language Requirements : Communication with clients, internal team collaboration, to support operations in another region, rapport with partners or stakeholders from different cultures, client is working on US government projects- Frequency of Use : Constantly (for almost every task)What We Offer : - Fully remote work environment (35-hour work week).
