WOLF, a sanctioned design partner for NVIDIA and AMD, targets rugged embedded form factor solutions for the harshest military and aerospace applications.

WOLF’s proven technology integrates high-resolution video and data : Capture, Process, Encode, Display and HPC / AI, for 3U / 6U-VPX, XMC, MXM, COTS boards, feature-tailored MCOTS, and full custom design solutions.

Our products are designed, manufactured, and tested to perform in extreme environmental conditions utilizing the latest generation GPU, FPGA and networking technologies.

Summary : Reporting to the CTO the Sr. Product Manager, Network / Systems will work with the WOLF team to execute the vision, strategy, and success of a series of products / systems in our portfolio.

They will focus on understanding customer needs, defining product / system requirements, and guiding product development to meet those needs and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities : Conduct market research : Analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new products / systems.

Assist in product vision and strategy with WOLF senior management : Collaborate on defining product direction and roadmap.

Prioritize product backlog / roadmap : Collaborate on product / feature prioritization based on company objectives and resources.

Ensure awareness of regulatory compliance issues, both technical and legal, as they apply to WOLF products.Serve as a liaison between CTO, Sales, and Engineering to define solutions for customers.

Fully define product use cases / requirements : Work with customers / WOLF teams to gather and document user requirements, both direct and derived.

Review and negotiate customer SOW as needed.Generate block diagrams, datasheets, and other supporting technical documents as necessary.

Collaborate with Engineering, design, and development teams for product development : Ensure the final product meets user needs.

Generate and manage product Requirements Compliance Matrix (RCM).Manage and generate new top-level WOLF Part Numbers used to describe valid product configurations for the Sales Team.

Assist in product launches : Work with WOLF marketing, sales, and support teams as an SME.Gather and incorporate feedback : Collect user feedback and incorporate it into future iterations.

Support continuous process improvement.This position will include some travel requirements to visit customers and / or attend trade shows (no more than 10% travel)Additional duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications / Requirements : Minimum 5 years of product management experience.BSc / BA in science or engineering, a relevant Technical Certificate, or a combination of education and work experience related to the development of modules for mission computers.

Strong knowledge of system-level design for defense and aerospace, especially as it relates to network connectivity (ethernet, fiber, etc.

and PCIe (including multi-host, NTB, daisy chain).Strong knowledge of network security features.Interest in GPUs, video graphics, AI, FPGAs, and related technologies.

Strong understanding of the product development process and experience in product lifecycle management.Ability to read and understand technical documents.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize and balance many tasks at once.
