Description de posteMaintain office supplies equipment and inventory Handle administrative correspondence including mail and phone calls Document Control and Record Keeping : Manage document flow including filing tracking and archiving. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of documents. Coordinate with other company departments for essential documents and tasks Assist with preparation of cost tracking Submission of purchase orders invoice receival and payment requests and coordinate with the accounting department Communication and Coordination : College or bachelors degree in office administration is preferred Previous experience as an Administrator Assistant Coordinator or in a similar administrative role Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and similar software Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
American Iron & Metal (AIM) is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Mobile Maintenance Administrator to join our Maintenance Team on a Monday to Friday basis . The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and great communication skills.
What youre responsible for :
- Administrative Management :
Responsible for the department administration tasks and document control
Working with the Maintenance Manager to establish and maintain document control procedures.
Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the office and between teams.
