Description de posteWe are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team on a Contract basis in Richmond Hill, Ontario. This position will play a key role in financial reporting, revenue evaluation, and planning support while helping leaders make informed business decisions. The successful candidate will work with financial data, reporting tools, and business systems to deliver timely analysis and practical insights.Responsibilities:- Analyze financial and revenue results to identify trends, variances, and opportunities that support business decision-making.- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for stakeholders by using reporting tools and available business data sources.- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities by developing accurate financial models and reviewing underlying assumptions.- Examine large data sets using data mining techniques to improve reporting quality and uncover meaningful business insights.- Use business systems, CRM platforms, and reporting applications to gather, validate, and interpret financial information.- Create and maintain reports and dashboards in tools such as Crystal Reports to meet operational and financial reporting needs.- Partner with cross-functional teams to review performance results and provide clear recommendations based on financial findings.- Maintain organized documentation in Confluence and contribute to process updates related to reporting and analysis workflows.- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a similar senior-level finance role.- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, planning, and variance analysis.- Hands-on experience with business systems, CRM platforms, and financial reporting tools.- Proficiency in Crystal Reports and the ability to build or modify reports for business needs.- Experience applying data mining techniques to interpret complex financial or operational data.- Ability to produce ad hoc financial analysis and present findings clearly to stakeholders.- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a Contract position.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
