Job DutiesInclude :
- Lead teachcoach and inspire a team of colleagues and leaders in a 24 houroperation
- Set and achieve departmental andsupervisory goals in the areas of the budget of capital labor andoperating expenses health & safety sustainability and theemployee engagement survey
- Create and inputweekly schedule on excel watson and T&Aplatforms
- Assist in managing procurement andinventory minimizing expenses and increase employeeproductivity
- Conduct quarterly china glasswaresilverware inventory and document variances anddiscrepancies
- Uphold all hygiene and sanitationregulations ensuring that all equipment in the kitchens anddishwashing areas are clean and in good workingorder
- Conduct audits and performancediscussions for stewarding supervisors and colleagues ensuring thatall progressive corrective action forms are completed correctly andforwarded to the chief steward
- Foster anenvironment of positive cooperation within the department andbetween other departments within the hotel encouragingparticipation and input from all colleagues while promotingprofessional work habits
- Conduct audits andgain feedback from the employee engagement survey process and putaction plans into place and ensure goals aremet.
- Ordering cleaningsupplies
- Input work orders on items needingrepair
- When required drive the 1ton deliverytruck to ensure food and supplies are delivered to the correctlocation in a timely fashion

Qualifications :
Your Skills&Qualifications :
- Proventrack record as an administrator trainer and developer and a teamplayer with strong communication and organizational skills with alldepartments.
- Demonstrated ability to build astrong Stewarding team through recruitment training andorganization.
- Proven abilities in attainingtargets in all key measurements relating to financials guestsatisfaction colleague engagement and standardscompliance.
- Proven ability to achieve fiscaltargets through implementation of inventory controllogistics.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft WordPowerPoint and Excel applications.
- Valid WHMISCertificate required.
- Class 5 Drivers Licensewith a comfort level driving a company vehicle of up to 1ton. Mustprovide an updated driversabstract.
