Seeking an experienced PersonalChef for a cottage in the Lake Rosseau area of Toronto. Thesuccessful applicant will be required to plan and prepare mealsplus some house management tasks.
The typical week would beWednesday through Sunday. Applicants should be flexible with theirschedules and be available for some evenings and holidays.

You have a do what it takes attitudeand have a calm and collected approach when things don t go asplanned. You can wear a number of different hats and are anefficient manager.
PrimaryResponsibilities :
- Dailycooking required; must have knowledge of a variety of differentcuisines mainly healthy and nutritiousmeals
- Inventorymanagement of the kitchen and residence including cleaning productsandtoiletries
- Menuplanning track and keep records of menus to avoid repetition ofmeals
- Groceryshopping
- Ensurehousehold mechanical systems HVAC plumbing equipment and fixturesaremaintained
- Householdadministration including tracking expenses groceriesetc
- Dailywalkthroughs of residence ensuring security measures and protocolsare in place and the property is secure at alltimes
- Occasionalentertainment event planning andfacilitation
- Errandsand other tasks asneeded
ApplicantQualities :

- Avalid clean Ontario driver s license (class G) is required;consistent access to a vehicle isrequired
