We are seeking talented Salesforce Developers to join our agile teams and deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions. You will work embedded within scrum teams, contributing to user story refinement, development, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to validation of user stories against Definition of Ready (DOR) and Definition of Done (DOD) from a development perspective.
• Participate in sizing user stories and support technical specification creation.
• Follow Lightning Web Component (LWC) standards and ensure reuse of common components.
• Adhere to processes, frameworks, and code standards defined by the Development Lead.
• Raise code for peer review and incorporate feedback to maintain quality.
• Support the escalation of technical solutions to architecture review boards.
