We are looking for an Iranian and Mediterranean baker who would like to join our team.
PRODUCTION FEATURE :
- Iranian paste
- Dough fermented 24 hours and directly
- Working with liquid and firm sourdough
- Reasoned or organic flour
- Pastries with creamed butter
- Work routine early in the morning and not at night
- Open-air workspace, access to customers
- Excellent equipment (Bongard, Rollmatic)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Perform various tasks related to the production of bread and pastries
- Kneading, dividing, shaping and cooking the dough according to experience
- Integrate the production routine in place
- Cleaning of materials and equipment
- Continuous development
- Integrate and work in tandem with the functioning of the team in place
REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience (an asset)
- Constructive communication
- Know-how, rigor, autonomy, motivation
- Concern for cleanliness and tidying
- MAPAQ Hygiene and safety training (an asset)
